Long John Silver - Working Process
The model body was made from scratch in Zbrush in T-pose. The goal is created the likeness from the giving concept and correct anatomy. Long John Silver was adjusted in dynamic position later on before adding clothes and accessories.
After happy with the retopology in Maya, I moved on to UVs and texturing.
During texturing in Substance Painter, I was really enjoy adding wear and tear details that helped tell the story. Here is the final product.
